Do you work with businesses outside the Bay Area?
Yes — we operate remotely and serve businesses across the U.S. Physical walk-ins are only available in the Bay Area.
Can I add individual services à la carte?
Yes. Contact us and we'll build a custom scope. One-time projects start at $500.
How is ad spend handled on the Premium plan?
Your ad budget is paid directly to Google/Meta on your card. Our fee covers campaign management, creative, and optimization only.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
We'll work to fix it. If we haven't improved a single measurable metric in 60 days, we'll refund your most recent month — no questions asked.
